A little about me

Hi! I'm Katie, a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher and I help active women break free from diets & restriction and fuel their energy, confidence and strength using mindful nutrition and exercise that feels fun and energizing!

I understand firsthand the negative impact of under-eating and over-exercising on the body. As someone who struggled with food and fitness as a teenager, I made the mental shift towards exercising for pleasure and fueling my body with proper nutrition, and it transformed my life for the better. I realized the significant role that nutrition and exercise play in keeping us both mentally and physically strong.
